I’m Michelle Anne Johnson.
As a leader, becoming more influential isn’t about learning a new trick or adopting someone else’s style. It’s an inside job.

But in my experience, that isn't enough.

Authenticity gives you a comfort and willingness to be seen by others. Authentic people create trust and relationship through empathy, connection, and integrity.
Confidence means believing that you have the skills and inner resources to meet the moment. Confident people own their inherent strengths and talents as much as their professional competencies.
Purpose isn’t just about your life purpose (although that’s important, too). Purposeful people create a vision for themselves and others and are clear about what drives them in any situation.
